Arrest Form

Thought I would make a sample arrest report for us to use.
If I remember from another forum, you can just start a new topic using the arrestee's name, then if that person is arrested again, just make a reply under that person's name and change the info on it. Might make things easier for us to track and be able to see a persons arrest record and such
